Baicells Technologies also manufactures elfCell which helps mobile operators to build digital home integrated platform. Additionally, it manufactures pico cell, micro cell, and customized TDD/FDD customized frequency bands. Lixin Sun and Mingyu Zhou founded Baicells Technologies in 2014. It has its headquarters in Plano in Texas with additional location in Beijing in China.
