Arquivei is a web application that monitors NFes issued for CNPJ, automatically downloads the XML and PDF files, and stores them in the cloud. It works by reading digital certificates and does not require any software installations on the machines. Its panel allows users to view, print, search, and filter by period, supplier, and various other criteria for NFE, NFSe, and ES cells. Arquivei for businesses connects to the Department of Finance, automatically downloads NFes issued for the CNPJ of companies, and stores them in XML and DANFE on Note Management Panel, keeps all invoices before the product arrives, and offers reports, filters, and intelligent search for any content of the notes. It offers accountants with the Panel access to invoices of clients who are in Arquivei, enables them to monitor and centralize tax documents such as NFes, STCs, and NFSes Ginfes on Note Management Panel, and offers filters and intelligent search on any content of the notes.
